She is the founder and CEO of Direct Source Healthcare Ltd, where she leads a dedicated Palliative care team working closely with families, other healthcare professionals and members of multidisciplinary teams to arrange packages of palliative live-in care across the UK. She is also a trained Best Interests Assessor, and an Aesthetics Therapist. As an indefatigable patient-focused healthcare professional, she constantly seeks ways to help vulnerable and/or underprivileged people in society. To this end, in her spare time, she is a dedicated philanthropist, who supports her community through initiatives like WAGS (Women Aspiring Great Success) and Helps Global Association. Everjoy is passionate about leadership and as Nursing Director for A Plus Health Ltd, she brings to the role unique and unmatched skills of inclusive leadership underpinned by compassion and patient-centred care.
