Specialising in chronic disease management, multimorbidity, and medicines optimisation, Jeanette is highly skilled in delivering holistic, patient-centred care across digital and face-to-face settings. Her expertise includes cardiovascular risk reduction, lipid management, weight management with GLP-1 agonist/GIP prescribing, and tailored treatments to improve patients' quality of life.
